The Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team on a Casual basis. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the people we support lead happy and independent lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementing Support Plans: Develop and implement personalized support plans that cater to the unique needs, preferences, and interests of our clients.
- Assisting with Daily Living: Provide support with all aspects of daily living, including personal care, hygiene, and household duties.
- Enabling Personal Choice and Control: Promote and support our clients' personal choice and control, enabling them to make informed decisions about their lives.
- Administering Medication: Safely administer medication to our clients, as required.
