Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary range for this role, estimated to be around AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes access to novated lease options, company-wide rewards, and employee assistance programs.

Job Description

This exciting opportunity is available for a Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team at the Greenslopes Private Hospital. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care, while also managing resources and optimizing workflow management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the nursing team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Contribute expert advice and share contemporary nursing knowledge and professional standards
  • Manage nursing inventory appropriately and optimize workflow management processes
  • Liaise with and manage external hospital stakeholder relationships effectively
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current registration with AHPRA
  • Postgraduate nursing/management degree (or working towards)
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a nursing environment
  • Recent experience in radiation oncology nursing, ideally in an outpatient and inpatient environment

About the Role
