Job Title: Cancer Centre Leadership Opportunity

About the Role
This is a rare clinical frontline management opportunity at our brand new state-of-the-art cancer centre. The successful candidate will lead from the front, modelling our core values through effective management and leadership of the nursing staff and provision of high-levels of patient care.

The primary purpose of this position is to lead our small on-site nursing team in the provision of the highest standard of care to patients. You will liaise with the wider organisation, including nurse education teams, quality specialists, and oncology research teams, while adhering to our national policies/processes to ensure the highest quality patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, direct, coordinate, and provide evidence-based patient centred care and service planning, utilising sound knowledge of contemporary nursing practice and research
- Demonstrate an advanced level of clinical knowledge and skills to provide clinical and professional guidance to the multidisciplinary team
- In collaboration with site staff assess, plan, implement and evaluate strategies to improve patient satisfaction results, ensuring patient feedback is addressed in a timely and thoughtful manner

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
