About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Analyst to join our Gas Networks & Services Team in a newly created role.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the Gas services contract's in-house technology platform, collaborating with programmers/consultants in Australia and the USA to ensure the platform application aligns with the framework and maintains commercial adherence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with key stakeholders like field service centres to enhance the platform's efficiency.
  • Analyse data and provide insights & recommendations to optimise business operations and identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Develop and upkeep dashboards to visualise the infrastructure and cloud resource landscapes.
  • Design and troubleshoot computer systems, collaborating with Business Analysts, Project Leads, and the IT team.
  • Generate system guidelines and manuals for the organisation and conduct regular training workshops/sessions.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a tertiary qualification in Information Technology or management or proven experience in system support or delivery.

Programming & database knowledge in Java, SQL or Python is an advantage but optional.
