We are seeking a Graduate Civil Engineer to join our team in Newcastle, Australia. As a graduate engineer, you will work closely with senior engineers and directors while gaining practical on-the-job training.

This role is ideal for motivated graduates or young engineers looking to grow, learn, and make an impact locally. You will have the opportunity to assist with civil and stormwater design using software such as Civil 3D and DRAINS (training provided), support project delivery from concept through to construction, and gain exposure to multiple projects of varying size and complexity.

A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or close to completion) is essential, along with a genuine interest in land development and subdivision design. Familiarity with Civil 3D, AutoCAD, or DRAINS is advantageous but not essential. Strong communication and teamwork skills are also required.
