Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transport Operations Manager to lead our fleet scheduling and stock control activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of up to 70 drivers and providing accurate data on contract Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to the operational team on a daily basis.

This role will work on a rotating roster that allows for time off throughout the year, providing an excellent work-life balance.

Main Responsibilities:

- Ensure daily driver schedules are current and confirmed to meet business requirements.

- Champion safety and ensure all staff adhere to customer, site, and legislative safety regulations and processes.

- Provide detailed loading documentation, including Loading Plan, delivery documents, and Journey Management Plan for all deliveries.

- Maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A background in transport planning, scheduling, or allocating.

- A positive attitude with a teamwork and customer focus.

- Ability to work on a rotating roster.

- Focus on safety and alignment with Toll Values.
