Family Law Support Specialist

Job Description:
- We are seeking a Paralegal to provide high-level support to our Principal and Lawyer within a close-knit and professional team environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal in Family Law, excellent time management, organisational, and prioritisation skills, and the ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively within a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level support to the Principal, including diary management, scheduling, travel coordination, etc
- Draft, review, and manage legal correspondence and court documents
- Manage monthly billing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Act as a trusted point of contact between clients and Principal or other Lawyers
- Assist with general office administration and all other ad-hoc duties as required
