We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to spearhead the Change Management for a major IT M365 program that will impact over 50,000 users worldwide.

The Role:

As the Senior Change Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive change strategies that support the successful delivery of this high-impact program. You will oversee the change portfolio across IT Transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment of all change activities and communication plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement end-to-end change strategies for the M365 transformation program.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and managers to build long-term relationships and drive engagement on change initiatives.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and business readiness assessments to identify risks and ensure successful change adoption.
  • Monitor change readiness, assess emerging stakeholder issues, and recommend evidence-based solutions to ensure the success of the program.
  • Design and develop standard metrics to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives and ensure they are fully embedded within the organisation.
  • Mentor and guide Change Managers and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and proactive management of dependencies.
About You:
  • Extensive experience (minimum 5 years) leading complex, strategic change initiatives within large, multinational corporate environments.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful IT change management, particularly in highly complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate change management principles into practical, executable plans.
  • Minimum Bachelor degree coupled with demonstrated expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).
