Opportunity for Operations Manager in South Australia

We're expanding our portable room rental business across the state and looking for a skilled professional to join us during this growth phase.

Our customers use their rooms for various purposes including home offices, extra bedrooms, businesses, and studios. As an operations manager you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day activities in the region including:

  • Deliveries setup and pickups of portable rooms
  • Pre-delivery site assessments
  • Basic maintenance of rooms
  • Providing in-market support alongside our team

This is a flexible role that requires around 1-2 days per week for the first 12-24 months with more time as the business grows. We offer:

What You'll Get

  • 100% of room movement income
  • A percentage of rental income creating long-term passive earnings as the regional portfolio grows
  • All equipment excluding vehicle provided including trailer and transport system
  • Full training and ongoing support

You'll Need

  • A suitable vehicle with a 3.5t towing capacity
  • Experience towing and reversing trailers and managing large loads
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Physical fitness with the ability to lift up to 35kg
  • Flexibility within your weekly schedule
  • An entrepreneurial mindset to help grow and promote the business locally
