**About the role**
This is an opportunity to build a South Australian business on the back of a hugely successful international, privately owned, organisation.

You will have ongoing support, reporting directly to the Australian managing director and your voice will be heard as part of the Beca ANZ leadership group.

You will set strategy, unite and build a team, win work locally through your strong Adelaide network and work collaboratively to empower and utilise your Beca people interstate.

**Skills & experience**
You are a natural leader with a positive reputation, confident to win work and grow a team. You are well regarded, capable of promoting yourself within the Beca market and have worked and are well connected in at least one of the following sectors: defence, transport, infrastructure, utilities and industry.

You are:

- Driven by helping others and creating positive outcomes
- Modest and humble team player, enthusiastic to embrace the inclusive and supportive Beca culture
- A self-starter, takes responsibility to make things happen
- Proficient in building global internal networks, promoting your team internally and the Beca brand externally
- A track record of growth and 15+ years of experience
- High AQ (tenacious, resilient and persevere despite hurdles)
- High EQ&SQ (understand people, effective at building relationships and influencing people).
