We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Funeral Service Professional to join our team. As a key member of our funeral services team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to families during their time of loss.

\About the Role:\
  • Prepare and present deceased persons in accordance with best practice and industry standards.
  • Work closely with embalmers and other funeral professionals to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Clean and sterilise mortuary facilities and equipment.
  • Perform coffin/casket trimming and engraving.
\Key Responsibilities:\

Your primary responsibilities will include preparing and presenting deceased persons in accordance with best practice and industry standards. You will work closely with embalmers and other funeral professionals to ensure that families receive the highest level of care and service.

\Requirements:\
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Current Full NSW Drivers Licence.
  • Mortuary Technician's course or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
