Job Title: Operations Coordinator

As a key player in the delivery of successful officiating operations, you will play a pivotal role in tennis events across Australia.

This role is responsible for providing quality customer service and administration of membership programs, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and officials alike.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate operational requirements for officials and event staff during international, national, and competitive play events.
  • Deliver membership services, including newsletters, social media updates, and website content.
  • Administer membership benefits, such as recognition programs and service awards.
  • Provide expert advice and support to customers, identifying solutions to meet their needs.
  • Maintain accurate records, including event information, accreditation, work records, and assessment data.
  • Manage travel and accommodation arrangements for officials and tournament staff.
About You:
  • You will bring exceptional stakeholder relationship skills, developed interpersonal and communication abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated experience in writing stakeholder communications and excellent technology skills are essential.
  • Professional administrative skills with high efficiency are also required.
  • A current Police Check and Working with Children Check are necessary qualifications.
