Key Responsibilities

As a sales professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This includes greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with purchases.

  • Ensure all customer interactions are friendly and courteous

  • Operate the point of sale system efficiently and accurately

You will also be required to maintain a clean and organized store environment, including receiving and stocking merchandise, as well as performing various administrative tasks.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Prior retail experience is essential, particularly in a sales or customer-facing role
  • Able to work flexibly, including weekends and selected shifts during the week
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
