Professional Sales Representative Opportunity

This position involves managing the sales of products/merchandise by providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake order fulfilment tasks, including order lodgement, financial transactions, product picking, packaging and dispatch of customer orders.
  • Ensure accurate control of all inventories from all locations, including receipting of stock, managing supplier returns, and transferring goods between branches to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Conduct stocktake processes, including variance reporting and stock investigation to ensure stock accuracy.
  • Liaise with other teams across the business to facilitate customer orders.
Selection Criteria:
  • Candidate must be able to provide face-to-face customer service, possessing strong communication skills and sound judgement to resolve issues.
  • Able to undertake safe manual handling of a wide variety of items to fulfill customer orders.
