Software Development Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled software development professional to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, with expertise in Spring Framework ecosystem, API security, and AWS.

  • 8+ years of commercial software development experience, focusing on integration/APIs
  • Expert knowledge of Spring Framework ecosystem (particularly Boot 3.x, Security, WebFlux)
  • Mastery of API security, including OAuth2, JWT, and API key management
  • Track record of delivering high-performance, secure system designs
  • Strong command of AWS
  • Experience consuming LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), orchestrating prompts or agentic workflows
  • Familiarity with RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), term/embedding-based search
  • Daily usage of AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to speed up development workflows

The successful candidate will also have a nice-to-have experience with real-time data processing and streaming architecture, hosting model endpoints using bedrock or similar, and experience with Kafka or similar message brokers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-quality software applications using Java and relevant frameworks
  • Implement API security measures to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement
