Home Care Support Worker Opportunity

This role involves delivering personalized care services, empowering our Elders to maintain their independence and dignity.

Key aspects of the job include:

  • Providing personal care assistance, such as bathing, dressing, and administering medication
  • Offering social support, including accompaniment to medical appointments, shopping, and recreational activities
  • Assisting with domestic tasks, like cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A compassionate and empathetic nature
  • Reliability and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
  • Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination

Additional benefits include:

  • Competitive hourly rate: $30.60 - $33.94 (plus casual loading)
  • Travel Allowance of $0.92 per KM plus paid travel time
