**The Opportunity**

This is an exciting opportunity for a recent law graduate to join our Corporate Transactions team on a permanent basis. As a Graduate at LegalVision, you will play a critical role in bringing our mission to life.

**Key Responsibilities**

You will assist and work alongside a team of highly experienced Capital Raising and Corporate M+A lawyers to deliver quality work and an exceptional experience to every client you interact with. We act for an incredibly diverse client base, including early stage start-ups, scale ups, VCs, government growth funds, angel investors and venture debt providers.

**What You'll Be Doing**

Under the supervision of our Practice Leaders and Senior Lawyers, you'll be communicating with clients and taking care of matters from your first month. A typical day for our graduate lawyers may include:

  • Conducting legal research.
  • Providing oral and written advice to clients on a broad range of legal matters.
  • Drafting simple transaction documents.
  • Preparing board and shareholder resolutions and other ancillary documents.
  • Preparing ASIC updates.
  • Assisting with due diligence (such as undertaking company and PPSR searches).

**Requirements**

We are looking for someone with strong academics and either already admitted as a Lawyer or will be admitted by the end of July 2024. You should have an entrepreneurial mindset and be keen to grow as a lawyer in an innovative NewLaw environment.
