**Job Summary**

We are seeking energetic team players who have a keen interest in joining our Company in the lead up to and during the holiday season as fixed term Christmas Casual Sales Professionals. As a Christmas Casual Sales Professional, you will be responsible for providing genuine customer service experiences to our customers, working productively both on your own and as part of a team, and demonstrating good attention to detail.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Offer professional and personalized service for our customers to find the ideal jewellery or watch based on their wants and desires.
* Complete in-house training to gain product knowledge, sales skills and a sound understanding of our policies & procedures.
* Operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, managing customer repairs, merchandising and general housekeeping.

**What We Offer**

* Adults earn a base weekday hourly rate (including casual loading) of $32.18 plus applicable penalties for weekends and late nights.

**Requirements**

* Can provide genuine customer service experiences to our customers.
* Are results oriented and love selling.
* Can work productively, both on your own and as part of a team.
* Will demonstrate good attention to detail and show an ability to help with merchandising stock and refreshing displays.
* Can work across our store roster, including weekends, extended trading hours and public holidays.
