About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Sales Professional to join our team at Prouds Jewellers. As a Christmas Sales Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offering professional and personalized service to customers to find the ideal jewellery or watch based on their wants and desires.
  • Completing in-house training to gain product knowledge, sales skills, and a sound understanding of our policies and procedures.
  • Operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, managing customer repairs, merchandising, and general housekeeping.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work across our store roster, including weekends, extended trading hours, and public holidays.
