**Digital Design Opportunity**

We are seeking a talented Digital Designer to join our team in Sydney on a parental leave cover contract. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team and partner agencies in a positive and nurturing environment.

As a Digital Designer, your main role will be the design and production of microsites, banner ads, eDMs, and other digital advertising media. You will also contribute to and maintain various templates, guidelines, and procedures that advance the technical and design abilities of the agency.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing innovative creative executions through a range of mediums, including animation, motion design, and basic compositing.
  • Working on design projects across print, press, digital, and motion.
  • Growing your repertoire and reel as a Designer.
  • Attending weekly creative meetings to improve team focus and collaboration.
  • Nurturing collaborative work practices and cross-pollination of ideas.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of HTML, web standards, information architecture, and user experience. They will also possess high level general design skills with excellent understanding of typography.

Requirements include:

  • Ability to design and build banner ads, microsites, websites, eDMs, and other digital media.
  • Expert knowledge of the digital design process and use of digital design software including Adobe CS suite of products.
  • Experience in a motion design role using Adobe Creative suite, esp After FX and Photoshop.
  • Ability to master and perform outputs to a variety of formats with proven ability to be productive and deliver quality results.
