Banquets Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Banquets Supervisor to join our team at Pier One Sydney Harbour Autograph Collection. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of banquets and events, providing exceptional service to our guests, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily functions operations and assist with menu planning, maintaining sanitation standards, and assisting servers and hosts on the floor during peak periods.
• Strive to continually improve guest and associate satisfaction and maximize the financial performance in areas of responsibility.
• Determine training needed to accomplish goals, then implement a plan.
• Provide exceptional service to guests and patrons, ensuring their experience meets their expectations.
• Ensure all beverages are prepared to standard recipes and maintain beverage cost at the percentage detailed in the budget or as instructed by the Restaurant and Bar Manager.
• Set up and maintain a weekly cleaning schedule for the function areas to achieve the highest possible hygiene and cleaning standards.
