Career Opportunity for Graduate Nurses
We are seeking motivated and compassionate Graduate Registered Nurses to join our developed Graduate Nurse Program at our state-of-the-art aged care residence in Singleton.
The successful candidate will be part of a friendly and focused team that values collaboration, accountability, respect, and empathy.
- Contribute to the health and well-being of our residents while maintaining their dignity, safety, and independence.
- Work closely with experienced clinical teams and a graduate nurse program coordinator to guide and support you throughout your journey.
- Participate in comprehensive clinical and development orientation models designed to develop and support you in your first year as a graduate nurse.
- Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA
- Less than 12 months of post-registration clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team of like-minded care professionals
- Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
- Confidence in managing time effectively, including the ability to work autonomously
