Job Description:About the Role:
As a key member of our Product Marketing function, you will drive commercial success for one specific product vertical. You will own the marketing responsibility for global growth, supporting retention, and delivering maximum value to schools.
- You will develop and execute a marketing plan to generate demand, revenue pipeline, brand awareness, and customer marketing for your product vertical.
- You will report to stakeholders on campaign successes, failures, and learnings, using data to inform insights and recommendations.
- You will own revenue targets and take action to achieve them.
- You will craft the message and narrative to position the products you're responsible for.
- You will partner with Product, Content, and other commercial counterparts to identify key levers to grow revenue and optimize conversion.
- You will collaborate with marketeers in the Teacher Engagement vertical to leverage social media, newsletters, and other platforms.
- You will work with Product and UX to create and execute go-to-market plans for product developments.
- You will prioritize effort and measure output, considering how we can evolve and optimize.
- You will work collaboratively with fellow marketing professionals to support overall Marketing objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience driving revenue marketing, growth marketing, or product marketing for a SaaS business.
- Experience in international operations.
- Experience in lead generation and partnering with Sales to maximize revenue.
- Proven ability finding creative ways to articulate product value and land a meaningful message.
- Proven experience planning, launching, and analyzing campaigns.
- Strong ability working with and presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills interpreting data to drive strategic decision-making.
- Strong focus on end users, maximizing their experience, and understanding their needs.
- Proven ability building creative briefs to enable efficient design from creative professionals.
- Ability working and collaborating across functions within a matrix environment.
- Excellent project management skills handling multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
- Quick and focused, able to adapt to a changing environment and deal with ambiguity.
