We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Home & Investment Lending Associate to join our team in Brisbane North. As a key member of our branch network division, you will play a critical role in supporting customers in saving for, buying and owning their own home or investment property.
Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with the Home & Investment Lending Manager to identify and provide customers with suitable products and solutions to meet their needs. You will also be responsible for ensuring lending administrative activities are completed accurately and on time.
In addition, you will be involved in other branch activities to provide our customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting each customer's end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations and educating on digital solutions.
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused individual who is financially savvy, able to multi-task, and highly adaptable to change and ambiguity. You should have strong analytical skills and the ability to resolve problems, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
