We are seeking a dedicated WHS Advisor to join our team at Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia. As a WHS Advisor, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and enhancing our work health and safety management system, ensuring compliance with current legislation and fostering a culture of workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with branch and field operations to provide guidance and support the implementation of effective risk management processes.
- Conduct investigations, identify WHS competency requirements, and coordinate training sessions and programs for both management and staff.
- Manage accident and incident investigations, workers' compensation claims, and return-to-work plans, ensuring efficiency in our business operations while aligning with Hitachi's safety commitments.

About You
We are looking for a WHS professional with a strong safety commitment, previous WHS experience, and knowledge of RTW requirements. A Cert IV in OHS and Diploma in OHS are highly desirable.
