About the Role

The WHS Advisor will play a pivotal role in supporting our Sydney and Canberra Operations by monitoring and enhancing our work health and safety management system. This includes fostering a culture of workplace safety by collaborating with branch and field operations, providing guidance on effective risk management processes, and advancing customer safety initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and enhance our work health and safety management system in accordance with current legislation.
• Collaborate with branch and field operations to provide guidance on effective risk management processes.
• Advance customer safety initiatives and conduct investigations.
• Identify WHS competency requirements and coordinate training sessions and programs for both management and staff.

Requirements

• A strong safety commitment, with proactive awareness of your own safety and for others around you.
• Previous WHS experience, ideally in a role within the Construction, Mining, Trades, Manufacturing, or Warehousing Industries.
