As a Service Sales Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in delivering value to customers through our Microsoft Services portfolio. You'll act as a trusted advisor, guiding organisations to unlock meaningful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive adoption and deployment of Microsoft solutions through effective collaboration with the Enterprise account team and partners.
  • Lead the Microsoft Services account team to bring customer needs to life through consultative selling, active listening, and continuous planning.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to deal closure while driving accelerated cloud consumption.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years industry sales experience in the commercial or public sector.
  • 2+ years consulting solution sales experience.
Additional Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology (IT), or related field AND 6+ years industry solution or consulting sales experience.
  • 3+ years consulting solution sales experience.
Skill Requirements:
  • Professional services & solution development: Strong understanding of foundational and advanced service offerings.
  • Customer engagement & executive alignment: Expertise in orchestrating strategic account planning, including long-term visioning and multi-phase roadmaps.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Effective collaborator across sales, technical, and customer success teams.
