We are seeking a seasoned Registered Migration Agent to join our team.

Migration Professional - Work from anywhere in Australia

This role involves managing a diverse caseload of migration cases from start to finish, staying up-to-date with changes and developments in Migration Law and policy, preparing submissions for complex cases, and undertaking detailed consultations on all visa subclasses.

As a Senior Registered Migration Agent, you will provide professional, clear, and concise advice to clients and companies, understanding their visa history, case, and migration goals by recommending visa pathways and options.

The successful candidate will have at least 5-10 years of experience as a Registered Migration Agent in a diverse range of visa subclasses, be able to assess eligibility of applicants and employers promptly and with a deep understanding of migration law, and possess a client-focused attitude.

To excel in this role, you must be able to work autonomously and as part of a team when required, maintain accurate records of clients' cases and deadlines, and be proficient in using software such as Migration Manager (LEAP).

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage own caseload of migration cases from start to finish.
  • Keep up-to-date with all changes and developments in Migration Law and policy.
  • Prepare submissions for complex cases.
  • Undertake detailed consultations on ALL visa subclasses.
  • Provide professional, clear, and concise advice to all clients and companies.

Main Requirements:

  • At least 5-10 years of experience as a Registered Migration Agent in a diverse range of ALL visa subclasses.
  • Ability to assess eligibility of applicants and employers promptly and with a deep understanding of migration law.
  • Client-focused, positive, with a curious and can-do attitude.
  • Maintain accurate records of clients' cases and deadlines.
  • Previous use of Migration Manager (LEAP) software highly desirable but not mandatory.
