Technical Account Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to join our team. As a Technical Account Manager, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

">Job Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, developing strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Perform regular customer health checks to review architecture, address pain points, identify optimizations, and assess expansion opportunities.
  • Provide product training to customers to ensure they have sufficient expertise to utilize our software.
  • Offer ongoing technical guidance to customers on data ingestion/migration, performance tuning, workflow optimization, and architecture review.
  • Capture customer feedback and proof points to share with internal teams, acting as a customer advocate.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and present them to other teams.
  • Identify churn risk and work with internal stakeholders to mitigate.
  • Collaborate with the Account Director to prepare value propositions for expansions.
  • Define solution architecture for new use cases and expansion opportunities.
  • Provide demos, workshops, and proofs of concepts to advance expansion opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, use cases, and performance metrics.
Requirements
  • 3+ years' proven experience in a solution architect or technical account manager role.
  • Experience in the data and analytics vendor space.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to describe complex topics to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple customers and deliverables simultaneously.
