- We strive to assist individuals with daily tasks, including transport, cleaning, cooking, mealtime management, behaviour support, personal care, companionship, and access to community-based activities.

- We support individuals with disabilities in home and community settings.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Providing hands-on training and development of life skills to achieve quality outcomes.
- Building effective working relationships with staff, clients, families, and carers.
- Transporting participants to activities and appointments as required.
**Essential Qualifications and Skills**
- Certificate III in Individual Support - Disability (or willingness to obtain within 12 months).
- Current NDIS Worker Clearance.
- Current National Police Clearance (< 3 months old).
- Current Provide First Aid Certificate.
- Current full unrestricted South Australian Driver's License.
