Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient workflows to streamline day-to-day operations.
  • Identify areas for improvement and automate processes to enhance productivity.
  • Ensure all operational activities align with Contour Education's growth objectives and service standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in business, commerce or similar and at least 3 years of operational leadership experience in a fast-paced environment. They will be passionate about operations, people leadership and results, with excellent communication skills and a high level of empathy.
