Are you ready to embrace a rewarding career opportunity? We are in search of a skilled and driven professional to oversee and enhance our expanding client portfolio in the designated region.
With a wealth of warm leads and established clientele, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional guidance across a diverse array of clients and sectors, predominantly in commercial insurance. We aim to build upon our already successful team; hence, you will be encouraged to explore avenues for business development and grow our existing client relationships.
Your Weekly Responsibilities- Establish and nurture lasting relationships with clients and Key Relationship Managers across various offices.
- Deliver timely and relevant advice in the essential areas of general insurance.
- Approach client matters with adaptability and insight.
- Follow the established processes, including utilizing all available advisory tools.
- Achieve activity and performance targets as outlined by management.
- Participate in regular advisory meetings and provide updates on tasks, KPIs, budgets, and pertinent client issues.
- Be part of a well-respected team in a collaborative setting.
- Enjoy a flexible advisory role serving a varied client base.

- Proven experience in commercial insurance advisory and placement.
- Minimum Tier 1 qualifications; Diploma in Insurance Broking is preferred.
- Desirable experience in team leadership.

- Strong understanding of commercial dynamics.
- A highly skilled and collaborative team of advisors, mentors, and leaders.
- A robust corporate advisory business with solid infrastructure and support systems.
- A close-knit local team that collaborates effectively.
- Administrative support provided by our dedicated Client Services team.
