Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing domestic assistance, including meal preparation and household chores
  • Traveling between client's homes, supporting them with daily living tasks
  • Assisting clients with personal care, such as showering, grooming, and mobility assistance
  • Ensuring client rights, cultural, spiritual, and individual needs are respected and incorporated in all aspects of care
  • Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide effective support to clients

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Certificate III/IV or equivalent in Individual Support (Aged or Disability) or currently studying a Diploma in Nursing or Bachelor of Nursing
  • First Aid & CPR certification or willingness to obtain
  • A valid Victorian driver's licence and a roadworthy vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • Commitment to Person-Centred Care and understanding of community care
  • Team player with strong communication skills
