About Our Opportunity
A Home Support Specialist RoleOur organisation is seeking a dedicated and caring individual to provide home support services to our elderly clients in the Tweed Heads area. As a Home Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping our clients maintain their independence and safety in their own homes.
Your responsibilities will include general household assistance, meal preparation, social support, and transportation to community activities.
The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in a similar professional role, preferably in aged care. You will also need to hold an Australian Driver's Licence and have access to an insured, roadworthy vehicle.
We are looking for someone who enjoys variety in their day, can build strong relationships with clients and their families, and has a genuine passion for supporting our ageing community members to live independently at home for longer.
