Customer Delivery Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the timely delivery of services and products to business customers.

  • Manage order deliveries to completion, adhering to designated timeframes and aligning with Vocus processes.

You will work closely with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure seamless delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate all order deliveries, focusing on customer satisfaction and process efficiency.
  2. Actively manage delivery mailboxes, ticket queues, and inbound calls with exceptional service.
  3. Provide regular updates to customers on delivery status.
  4. Identify and resolve delivery issues promptly.
  5. Capture customer interactions in Service Now for accurate record-keeping.

This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in xDSL/NBN/Fibre ordering/delivery.
  2. Telco product knowledge, particularly Data Centre ordering/management.
  3. Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills.
  4. Good administration and data entry skills.
  5. Teamwork and problem-solving skills.
