We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join our Better Data team, which sits within the Data Intelligence Camp. As a key member of this team, you will design and build data pipelines that underpin our analytics products, ensuring they are tested, performant, and observable.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead the development of data pipelines using cloud data warehouses such as Redshift.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure responsible data management in line with privacy, security, and compliance requirements.
  • Play a key role in promoting data best practices across the team and camp, supporting others to develop their knowledge and skills.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience with cloud data warehouses such as Redshift.
  • Skills in modeling and querying data in SQL and Python.
  • Experience with ETL/ELT tooling including DBT and Airflow.
