Customer Service Representative - Contact Centre (Inbound)

This role presents a fantastic opportunity to embark on a career with one of Australia’s most reputable employers.
Role Overview:
In this fast-paced inbound contact centre position, you will assist our valued customers with supermarket delivery inquiries via phone, email, and web chat, ensuring exemplary service while navigating multiple systems and platforms.
You will begin your journey with four weeks of comprehensive on-site training, followed by a transition to rotational shifts.
This is a full-time role with the potential to shift to a hybrid working model, primarily from home.
