Customer Service Representative - Contact Centre (Inbound)

We are excited to welcome service-oriented individuals to our Greenfields Woolworths Customer Hub team, where delivering an outstanding customer experience is our daily commitment.

This role presents a fantastic opportunity to embark on a career with one of Australia’s most reputable employers.

Role Overview:

In this fast-paced inbound contact centre position, you will assist our valued customers with supermarket delivery inquiries via phone, email, and web chat, ensuring exemplary service while navigating multiple systems and platforms.

You will begin your journey with four weeks of comprehensive on-site training, followed by a transition to rotational shifts.

This is a full-time role with the potential to shift to a hybrid working model, primarily from home.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver customer support for delivery-related inquiries Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics Provide exceptional customer service through effective evaluation and resolution Build rapport and foster customer loyalty Maintain and enhance product knowledge Contribute to process improvement initiatives
