About the Role:

As a CFO Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and reviewing financial statements monthly, quarterly, and annually
  • Budgeting and forecasting, providing insightful analysis for clients
  • Ensuring financial activities comply with relevant laws and regulations
  • Providing strategic financial advice to clients on-site (SMEs)
  • Conducting in-depth financial analysis (including cash flow, profitability, and cost management) to identify trends and opportunities
  • Assisting in system implementation and improving financial systems
  • Other ad-hoc duties depending on the exact client needs
Skills and Experience:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • CPA/CA is a bonus (not required)
  • At least 3+ years' experience in accounting (public practice and/or commercial business)
  • Experience with client advisory work (tax or finance)
  • Experience in a commercial role (e.g., financial accountant or management accountant) is a bonus
  • Experience with systems such as Xero, MYOB, and strong Excel skills
