  • You will work collaboratively with our staff - providing leadership to Case Managers and Case Officers on how to optimize their performance through best practice.
  • We partner with program and service providers - representing the Department in a positive manner and advocating for our clients to ensure they receive essential services and interventions.

Some key aspects of this role include:

  • Leading a team of practitioners to assist with enquiries around client and best practice case management.
  • Conducting thorough assessments of individuals for their risk and needs and possible intervention methods using best practice case management.
  • Preparing well-written notes and reports which may be submitted and utilized in court proceedings.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary education in social work, criminology, or a related field is highly valued.
