Job Description

As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through knowledgeable service and seamless execution of operational processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing an exceptional customer experience by offering great service, excellent product knowledge, and seamless point of sale transactions
  • Utilizing available tools to stay up-to-date with the latest products, enabling the sharing of that knowledge with customers
  • Contributing to the smooth operations of the store through effective management of stock and loss prevention
  • Maintaining visual merchandising standards and ensuring the store is visually presented according to brand guidelines
  • Embodying the company values, collaborating with the store team to achieve results
