Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a Community Mental Health team to deliver exceptional patient-centered care
- Develop and implement effective clinical programs and services
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Mercy Health policies
Requirements:
- Approved degree in Psychology or related field and registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist
- Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse with successful completion of a specialist undergraduate psychiatric nursing program or a Postgraduate Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing qualification
- Recognised degree in Social Work and eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers
- Registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
- Current Victorian Driver's license and ability to drive a work vehicle
- Postgraduate qualification and/or experience in leadership and management
