We are currently seeking a talented and committed part-time Visual Merchandising Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will lead the Visual Merchandising across our WA locations, ensuring our high standard of presentation is thoroughly and consistently applied across our concept and concession pads.
About The Role- Maintain and enhance VM and store presentation standards to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Implement training initiatives to develop VM skills at store level, empowering employees to excel in their roles.
- Assist with new store manager training sessions on VM standards, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Oversee the installation of instore and window VM concepts, creating an immersive brand experience.
- Apply and interpret In-store VM Guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
- In conjunction with the State Sales Manager and Store Managers, identify and action VM opportunities to increase sales, driving business growth.
- Collaborate with State/Area Manager, and Visual Merchandisers to set standards, provide feedback, and support store staff in a professional and personable way.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in Visual Merchandising (with fashion experience as an advantage).
- Exceptional time management, organisational, and communication skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Comfortable working on a part-time basis (4 days a week), with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work well as part of a team, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of the role.

To be considered for this Perth-based position, you must hold a current Driver's License and have a reliable vehicle for travel to all WA locations.
