Customer Experience Solutions Architect

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver secure, scalable solution architectures that integrate Dynamics 365 applications with cutting-edge conversational AI and automation tools.
  • Lead hands-on engagements to orchestrate proofs of concept, demos, and architecture workshops that turn technical theories into tangible customer solutions.
  • Accelerate business transformations by migrating legacy CRMs, IVRs, and homegrown applications onto modernized Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, unlocking unified data, real-time insights, and AI-assisted services.
  • Develop intelligent experiences using Copilot Studio to build, test, and deploy custom copilots that handle routine inquiries, surface contextual knowledge, and escalate edge cases to agents with complete conversation history.
  • Influence product direction by feeding frontline learnings back to engineering teams to ensure continuous delight for customers.
