The CYCLOPS program seeks an experienced and passionate Case Manager to work with young carers, providing individualized support and connecting them with services and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver case management services to young carers and their families
- Facilitate engaging group activities and school holiday programs
- Link young people with essential services, supports, and opportunities
- Advocate for young carers and assist them in navigating life's challenges
- Promote the CYCLOPS program at schools and community events
- Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Community Services (or Diploma + extensive experience)
- Experience in case management, youth work, or community services
- Trauma-informed and culturally inclusive approach
- Strong communication, group facilitation, and advocacy skills
- ACT Working with Vulnerable People Check & Driver's Licence
