**Job Title:** Personal Care Worker **About the Job:

The primary goal of this position is to deliver high-quality personal care, domestic and social support to clients in a residential setting. This involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and developing personalized care plans to meet their requirements.

The ideal candidate will have experience in aged care, preferably in a residential setting, and be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to promoting choice and independence for residents. They will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

In addition to providing direct care, the successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and documentation, and contributing to the development of cultural competence within the organization.

 **Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certificate III Individual Support or equivalent qualification (Aged Care/Community Care)
  • Current First Aid Certificate and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
  • Pre-employment screening (National Police History Check, NDIS)
  • Mandatory vaccination requirements (Public Health Directions)
  • Unrestricted Australian working rights
  • Open driver's license
