We have multiple positions available across Sydney, with a key focus in the St George, Sutherland and Bayside areas. Our staff are our priority, we ensure that they are supported, recognised, and rewarded throughout their career.

Tasks will include but not be limited to: assisting the client in the maintenance of their homes, personal hygiene, feeding, medication, shopping, social support and community access. What Do You Need To Succeed?


- Cert III in Aged Care or equivalent (preferred but not essential).
- Police Check and First Aid.
- Valid Drivers License and reliable vehicle
- Genuine regard to provide support to the elderly.
- Caring and patient nature.
- Commitment to ongoing development.
- COVID Vaccination with Booster (as per government requirements).
- Experience in the care industry. Not essential if you are willing to learn and have a genuine sincerity towards others.
- Bilingual (desirable but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Recognition of the Ausmed PassportTM. Employees, new-starters and job applicants can obtain an Ausmed PassportTM free of charge by visiting the Ausmed Website.">
