About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Acute Medical Unit with cardiac telemetry and Medical Assessment Unit (MAU). Ward 4C is a fast-paced and dynamic department that provides quality, evidence-based care to our patients. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will work within a supportive team of dedicated nurses and multidisciplinary professionals.

Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to patients in the Acute Medical Unit with cardiac telemetry and MAU.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the education and training of junior staff members.
