Asset Management Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled Asset Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the maintenance of assets and ensure that all work is delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize asset performance;
  • Lead a team of tradespeople to deliver high-quality maintenance services;
  • Manage planned, corrective and unplanned deliverables within compliance, contract and KPI timeframes;
  • Recruit, retain and manage both permanent and casual workforces;
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in either Facilities Maintenance, Trade management and/or scheduling or demonstrated equivalent industry experience;
  • Relevant trade qualifications;
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and customer service;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Strong computer skills;
  • Management experience leading and inspiring operational teams to deliver results;
