Join us in a challenging role as Integration and Transverse Systems Manager. As part of a multi-discipline team, you will work with and lead specialists to provide technical assurance of various whole of ship engineering design specialties.

About the Role

You will be responsible for ensuring complex system integration and ship vulnerability, survivability, maritime aviation, and physical security. Your expertise will be applied across multiple domains, including but not limited to:

  • Complex System-of-Systems Integration
  • Ship Vulnerability (Signatures)
  • Survivability (Shock)
  • Maritime Aviation
  • Physical Security

As a leader, you will be expected to engage on complex subjects at both a detailed technical level and present a summary position to enable risk-based decision making at the executive level.

Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A strong background in Systems Engineering, Naval Architecture, or Mechanical Engineering
  • Substantial experience in system integration in the acquisition or sustainment of maritime or similarly complex systems
  • Excellent leadership skills, with ability to create and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
