About this role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Beauty Advisor to join our team. As a Beauty Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing expert advice to help customers find the perfect beauty and skincare products.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Demonstrating and promoting products to customers, showcasing their features and benefits
  • Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and staying informed about the latest beauty trends and innovations
  • Assisting with visual merchandising and stock management to maintain an inviting and well-stocked store environment
  • Contributing to the overall success of the store by achieving sales targets and key performance indicators
